Membership Overview
Members will ideally be individuals who can consciously agree upon and contribute directly to the Black Agenda Alliance. Each member needs to understand and agree with the vision, mission, purpose, and values of the Black Agenda Alliance.
To be effective, people need to clearly understand their responsibilities and their contribution to achieving the goals of the Black Agenda Alliance. Congruence between the goals of individuals and the organization must be high, and performance that exceeds agreed-upon standards. There must be a good match between founding members and community members in order to make decisions and the amount of responsibility they are expected to hold for the outcome of their decisions.
Expectations:
- Attend meeting consistently, if you can not make a meeting inform someone ahead of time.
- Pay membership dues monthly. ($5 monthly community membership & $25 Board Membership fee that will go towards BAA initiatives.
- Share Black Agenda Alliance on all platforms that you utilize.
- Be an active member throughout the duration of your membership.
- Be a positive force within the community.

- Advocate for political education, power, and involvement
